Most services for survivors and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, youth/ adult exploitation, and elder abuse include:

Safety Planning:

Advocates help clients with safety plans to ensure their well-being. SafeQuest Solano also participates in the Safe at Home Program administered by the California Secretary of State’s office.

Case Management:

Our case management services help clients by providing them with options and linking them to community resources and referrals that will meet their individual specific needs. SafeQuest Solano partners with other agencies, both in and out of Solano County.

Individual Peer Counseling:

Individual Peer Counseling sessions provide clients with a safe space for them to share their experiences with an advocate.

Support Groups:

Clients may attend weekly ongoing sessions for support. Support groups are led by an advocate who covers different educational topics and strategies regarding domestic violence and /or sexual assault.

SCHOOL-BASED PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAM

Our prevention education program provides an evidence-based curriculum for middle school students and a multi-session youth leadership team for high school and college students.

All programs are age-appropriate and focus on the following topics:

  • Personal boundaries

  • Gender roles and stereotypes

  • Healthy relationships

  • Active bystander engagement

  • Sexual harassment

  • Consent

Advocates also participate in community health fairs to inform individuals about SafeQuest Solano services.

SAFE HOUSING

Our transitional housing is confidential and provides a safe place for vulnerable youth who have been exposed to violence and /or sexual abuse (i.e.: Commercially Sexually Exploited Children/ Youth). We offer long term housing, 24-hour support, on-site supervision, and basic needs.

Our goal is for youth to flourish in a permanent safe place, away from violence, where they can focus on their self-identified needs and goals while developing economic independence. Youth must participate in safety planning and case management services provided by SafeQuest Solano.
