BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bobbi Enderlin

Bobbi Enderlin recently retired as an accounting manager with Pacific Rim Recycling, Benicia. She is a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, as well as a Pampered Chef Consultant. She has been a member of Soroptimist International of Benicia since 1999. She served as Soroptimist Founder Region Governor from 2014-2016 and served as President of the Fellowship program, which awards scholarships to women in the final phase of their doctoral programs from 2016-2018. She serves on the board of the Benicia Historical Society. In the past, she worked for Pacific Bell in various capacities. She has also been a Meeting Facilitator, and an Instructor at UC Berkeley Extension, teaching communication skills to computer programmers. Bobbi lives in Benicia, loves to RV camp when she has time and enjoys spending time with her family. Bobbi grew up in Calistoga in the Napa Valley where her mom still lives. As a survivor of domestic violence, Bobbi understands deeply the mission of Safequest Solano and supports the work we are doing in Solano County. 

PRESIDENT

Barbara J. Graham

Barbara J. Graham is the Hospital Chapel Coordinator assigned to the 60th Air Mobility Wing, Travis AFB, California. She is also on contract to David Grant United States Air Force Medical Center, 60th Medical Group where she oversees 30 volunteers who assist the Chaplain, Chaplain's Assistant and Staff Members in providing hospitality to 200 customers daily, Monday-Friday. She began her career in the Air Force in 1987. Barbara is a native of Sacramento, California. She is the Co-Pastor and CEO of Christian Body Life Fellowship for 27 years. In this capacity, she works closely with the Vacaville Police Department in providing resources to victims of domestic violence.

Jacqueline Crawford, LCSW 

Jacqueline (Jacky) Crawford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who worked in a variety of social services for 42 years.  She retired from Kaiser Mental Health, Martinez.  At Kaiser, Jacky provided psychotherapy for individuals and families and facilitated psycho-educational groups on assertiveness training and codependency.  She was the Spanish speaking psychotherapist at the Clinic.  Her wealth of experience in assisting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence will allow her to utilize this knowledge in advancing the agency’s program development as well as represent the agency in the community.  

 

Jacky previously served on the Board of SafeQuest from 2013-2016 and was the President of the Board from 2014-2016.  She is very pleased to return to the Board under the new leadership of Bobbi Enderlin and Robert Tobin.  She is thrilled to be a part of the agency’s further planning and its continued pursuit of excellence in the delivery of its services.

 

Jacky offers a scholarship at Solano Community College for students pursuing a career in social work.  She mentors 2 students in the Puente Program at the College.  She also mentors 2 students at Benicia High School.  She is working on creating an anti-bullying program at the high school.

 

Jacky is an avid ballroom dancer.  She feels that dancing is the best therapy in the world.

Terry Baldwin

Terry Baldwin lives in Benicia with her husband James. Born and raised in Alamo, California, she has resided in Solano County since 1976. Terry is a mother of five and grandmother of 12 amazing grandchildren.

 

Terry has been a member of Soroptimist International of Benicia since 1997; serving in many capacities including President in 2001-2002 and the Founder Region District III Director from 2003-2006.

 

Terry has been personally touched by families torn apart by domestic violence. She said, “Domestic violence and child abuse have destroyed too many families. We must provide the avenues of help and hope for victims and survivors.”

Cora Young

Cora Young currently works as the District Veterans Liaison & Field Representative for Congressman Mike Thompson, of California's Fifth Congressional District. Cora is a new resident of Vallejo originally hailing from Modesto. Cora graduated from the University of Puget Sound in December of 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in American Politics and Government and International Political Economy. She has served on the Solano Partnership Against Violence Board since 2016 and has been involved in social services work since her time in college. Cora volunteered as a victims advocate with her University through a peer-to-peer counseling group called "Peer Allies," and her senior year she served as the Education Chair for Peer Allies, conducting workshops and seminars with various groups across campus. Cora is passionate about her work with victims advocacy and believes that all survivors should be heard, and be believed.

Kalil Macklin has worked with people all over the Bay Area for over 15 years. Helping families protect and prepare for the future is his focus and passion. As a New York Life agent, his mission is to help individuals protect and preserve their security and peace of mind through education and service.

 

Every decision he makes, every action he takes, has one overriding purpose: acting with integrity and humanity, to be here when the community needs him.  He is committed to the community.
